Celebrating promotions

At Link we know that our team is our most important asset and we take the personal development and progression of team members incredibly seriously, with monthly 121s, team and individual KPIs, monthly ‘Link Lunch Learn’ sessions and bespoke career development plans.

Responding to the growth of our team and the current and future project opportunities we are working on, we were delighted to make two promotions within our team. We celebrated in style with some team drinks at the end of the week.

Valentin Ivanov joined us in April 2021 and has developed his knowledge and skills consistently, becoming a central member of our team. He thoroughly deserves his promotion to Senior Civil Engineer.

Will Talbot joined us as a graduate in September 2020. His intelligence and dedication have set a very high standard for future graduates joining the team.   Will is now working towards becoming chartered and his promotion to Assistant Engineer marks the next chapter of his career.
