Link has grown rapidly. To maintain a consistently excellent service to every client, we developed FLOW, a way of working which enables the knowledge and experience accumulated by team members to be shared across our whole team quickly and succinctly.
How it Works

Very simply, we have created guides, videos, and road maps for pretty much everything we do so that we can deliver smartly and consistently.
Review
Before work is issued, a thorough assessment by another team member takes place to ensure it’s technically sound and tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
Link Lunch Learns
Each month our team gets around a table to discuss a different topic, whether it be recent projects, new regulations or tricky issues.
Monthly team 1:1s
All team members are assigned a line manager, responsible for their well-being, development and performance towards annual personal key performance indicators.
Professional Accreditation
We dedicate time to supporting each team member to obtain formal recognition of their professional achievements.
