Senior Civil Engineer (London)

WHY LINK?

Link Engineering is a growing consultancy offering civil, structural and geotechnical engineering and transport planning services, with offices in Birmingham, Manchester and London. As we continue to expand and take on an ever-broader range of projects, you’ll have the opportunity to shape your own path, whether that’s building your technical experience or progressing into leadership. Your plans for growth will be supported by senior staff who are readily accessible day to day and offer comprehensive mentoring to help you progress. At Link, you’ll be part of a close-knit team where no one is just a cog in the machine.

Another great fact about us is that we don’t do timesheets! We trust our team to manage their own time and communicate directly with project leads and clients, and we think that trust builds better judgement and ownership than being told exactly how to spend every hour. It’s part of how we keep things honest and collaborative, with a positive work-life balance.
