AF Blakemore, Manton Lane

Following planning consent for a temperature-controlled 164,850 sq ft distribution warehouse, Link Engineering was appointed by Equation Properties and AF Blakemore to complete the detailed highway design associated with the proposed accesses and planning obligations for highway improvements. Link were commissioned to engage with Bedford Borough Council highways at the planning stage to agree the design principles and complete the detailed design to support a S278 Agreement.
