Dylan Purewal is a well-established professional with over ten years of experience delivering infrastructure solutions across residential, commercial, and highway projects.
He specialises in designing adoptable works packages, drainage systems (SuDS), and highway schemes, while ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and sustainability standards.
Dylan’s career spans both public and private sectors, where he has managed multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and stakeholder communications to achieve client objectives on time and within budget. Passionate about innovation and collaboration, Dylan brings technical expertise and a proven track record of guiding projects from feasibility through detailed design
Nic is another successful graduate from our university placement pipeline. After completing his undergraduate year with Link in 2023/24, he returned to us after earning his Master’s degree at the University of Birmingham.
Nic has joined Link’s newly established London office and will play a key role in its growth and development through project delivery in both drainage and highway schemes. Driven by his inquisitive and proactive attitude, Nic is also pursuing chartership, demonstrating his commitment to lifelong learning and readiness to take on greater responsibility as an engineer.
Kara has years of experience in administration and helps organise the day to day running of the office. She has achieved a Level 3 certificate in people practice and assists with HR at Link.
Sam is a competent and personable engineer with over four years of experience spanning multiple disciplines, including drainage, highways, levels, earthworks, and external works design. He has worked across a variety of sectors such as private infrastructure, adoptable highways, and large-scale industrial sites. His portfolio includes working with Europe’s largest logistics developer and Tier 1 contractors, contributing to projects from initial concept through to construction.
Sam is currently pursuing chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), which Link are fully supportive of.
Anika is a detail-oriented Finance Assistant with experience supporting day-to-day financial operations. She enjoys working with numbers, supporting financial processes, and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Her goal is to grow professionally by taking on new responsibilities, learning from experienced colleagues, and building a strong foundation for a long-term career in Finance.
Dan joined us in September 2025 as a Graduate Engineer. He attained his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol.
An eager to learn and hard-working Engineer, Dan’s role sees him working within the drainage and highways team. Within this role, Dan is keen to progress towards chartership, which will be supported by the responsibilities taken on as a graduate.
Amar has three years’ experience working on a variety of residential projects. A hard working individual with an intrinsic attention to detail, he will be working alongside the structural engineering team to further his development towards his goal of becoming a Chartered Structural Engineer.
Isaac is an enthusiastic undergraduate engineer with a passion for challenges. Isaac is currently on a year long industrial placement at Link. Isaac is eager to deepen his understanding of Link and its industries whilst developing his technical skills.
Rhys is an undergraduate engineer, studying towards a degree in civil engineering. The year-long opportunity at Link will provide him with the chance to apply his civil engineering knowledge to real life projects. He is eager to lean more about the industry and develop his technical and interpersonal skills.
Blayn is a technical and pragmatic engineer with experience of new-build and refurbishment projects across sectors including industrial, residential, education and heritage. He has worked to successfully deliver projects ranging from large-scale transformational schemes, working holistically within a multi-disciplinary design team; to small bespoke projects combining structural investigation and design on tight programmes and within constrained sites. Blayn’s technical ability and collaborative skills are complimented by his commercial awareness and focus on sustainability and the circular economy.
