Megha has joined Link to enhance her technical experience on below ground drainage, Pavement and other Civil Engineering aspects. She also wants to attain professional accreditation with Institution of Civil Engineers in the near future.

Sam is a multi-channel marketing apprentice, responsible for Link’s marketing content. His role includes developing professional, creative, and fresh new content on our website and LinkedIn. He is eager to learn about different marketing strategies that he can utilize to promote Link’s growth in the future.

Tom Price

Associate

Tom is a Transport Planner with 17 years’ experience providing sustainable transportation advice to both public and private sector clients throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. Tom’s specialism is in development planning, having a good track record of securing planning consents for clients in commercial, retail, leisure, education and mixed-use sectors. Tom often provides transport advice on sites from inception (land promotion and due diligence), through to planning submission and discharging of planning conditions.

Tom can assist with:

Will Merricks

Apprentice Civil Engineer Technician

Will has joined Link Engineering as an apprentice and he will be working towards his BTEC National Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Will is very eager to learn and build on his previous experience working on a construction site.

Will also plays football at a semi professional level. We look forward to watching him grow in his career.

A Senior Engineer specialising in the design of highway and drainage infrastructure for development sites, Angel’s experience ranges from outline planning advice through to detailed design and ultimate adoption of highway and drainage assets. He has considerable international experience of working on infrastructures, highways, drainage and flood prevention projects. Angel possesses a strong desire to work on exciting and diverse projects that really make a difference to people’s lives. He is committed to providing a high-quality service delivery to every client and project he works on.

Punam Bramhankar

Senior Civil Engineer

MSc, B. Tech (Civil)

An experienced and insightful engineer, Punam has over 12 years of experience in delivering various highway projects from minor schemes, Active Travel schemes to major projects in the UK, Australia and India. Punam’s experience includes highway geometric design as per various DMRB Standards, LTN 1/20, Manual for Streets, traffic signs and road marking design and multi- disciplinary coordination.

Gavin Sealey

Principal Geotechnical Engineer

An experienced Geotechnical Engineer with a background in consultancy and contracting, Gavin brings a wealth of experience throughout Ground Engineering to projects of all sizes, particularly earthworks, foundations, retaining walls, and ground investigation, with a keen eye for Value Engineering solutions.

James Hall

Graduate Engineer

MEng (Hons)

James initially completed a year-long Industrial Placement with Link in 2021/22. After returning to the University of Nottingham to attain his Master’s degree, he rejoined us in September 2023 as a Graduate Engineer.

A hard-working and enthusiastic engineer, James will resume his role focusing on project delivery in both drainage and highways design. He is also keen to progress towards chartership, which will be assisted by the additional responsibilities he will take on as a graduate.

Ben Latcham

Civil Engineer

MEng (Hons)

Ben has 3 years’ experience working on a variety of projects, including Motorsports Tracks, transport schemes, and public and residential drainage schemes. Ben is committed to working towards his chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers.

Ben will be assisting with the design and delivery of residential, commercial and transport projects. He is a keen and driven engineer, who is committed to progressing his knowledge and skills.

Nicholas Side

Undergraduate Engineer

Nicholas will be spending a year at Link as part of his Civil Engineering degree at the University of Birmingham. By the end of the year, he is looking to have become a proficient member of the team and be underway on his path to chartership.
