In collaboration with our civil and structural team we provide a comprehensive overview of a potential site to enable developers to reduce risk and maximise their investment.

Phase 1 SI / Desk study reports

Essential for outline planning, we provide comprehensive phase 1 reporting to identify key engineering constraints and identify opportunities early.

Scoping and tendering Ground Investigation

Based on the outcome of the Phase 1 Reporting, we scope appropriate Site Investigation and tender to contractors to provide cost-effective Ground Investigations for our clients.

Phase 2 SI / Geotechnical Interpretive Reports

Following intrusive ground investigation we provide phase 2 reporting, synthesising the factual information into appropriate ground models and providing essential engineering assessment.

Geotechnical Design Reports & Earthworks Specifications

Any design will include sufficient reporting to enable understanding of the ground conditions, constraints and how the design delivers. All earthworks will have an appropriate specification to meet the design requirements.

Site Support / Earthworks Verification

We provide support to contractors to deliver successful earthworks and offer verification reports assuring the works meet the design requirements based on their validation reporting.

Tender support

We support contractors with their aims for successful bids by demystifying ground related risks and offering Value Engineering opportunities.
