Co-founder of Link, Robert is Head of Service. As a chartered engineer, he has extensive civil engineering and infrastructure design experience. With an in-depth understanding and working knowledge of planning support and project delivery, Robert invests a lot of his time advising clients on solutions to their often-complex issues and developing the team’s knowledge and experience.
