I believe I am strong in maintaining client relationships by taking responsibility for resolving their complex issues.  I HATE it when I am on the back foot on a technical level, or the possibility that others would think so, which drives me to continually improve my own knowledge and that of my team.  I am proud to be part of Link’s future direction and excited to build a team which maintains standards as it grows.”
